Beware of ingredients in your supplements

A study in the Journal of the American Nutraceutical Association found that only 2.5% of commonly available nutritional products were both nontoxic and effective. In other words, 97.5% of supplements they studied were either toxic and/or ineffective.

Cheap fillers, additives and excipients in your supplements may hinder nutrient absorption and be immune suppressive!

Do your supplements contain?
Cellulose Starchstarch made from plant material that is used as filler, binder. Starches processed from corn contain free glutamate (MSG) which occurs as a result of processing. MSG is a known neurotoxin
Di-calcium Phosphateused as a tableting aid, filler or bulking agent. Phosphates can induce the same symptoms as MSG in those who are extremely sensitive to MSG
Magnesium Stearatecan be made from animal or vegetable sources, a cheap flowing & lubricating agent, its insoluble in water & may hinder the absorption of nutrients. Research shows it to be immune compromising
Maltodextrinrefined sugar obtained by the hydrolysis of cornstarch. It is used for flavor, as a texturizer & bulking agent. It may contain free glutamate (MSG)
Silicon Dioxideused as an absorbant & a cheap flowing agent (common sand), it may hinder digestion or the uptake of other nutrients, and deplete HCL (hydrochloric acid)
StearatesHydrogenated fats used in the production of most supplements, decrease absorption & may be toxic and immunosuppressive
Titanium Dioxideoften used in supplements as a whitening agent, is a pro-oxidant, liver toxic
Look for nutritional supplements that are made from “once-living” sources which have been grown in fertile soil without toxic tag-alongs (synthetic fertilizers), stored & packaged in a toxic free, protective environment.
