Here’s step-by-step to how it’s done:
- Begin by pounding gently on the left side of the chest above the pectoral muscle for two-five minutes.
- Brush down the neck toward the shoulders.
- Brush up the arms starting at the elbow up toward the armpit. Then from the wrist to the elbow.
- Brush up the back toward the shoulders.
- Brush up the chest, starting around the belly button, up the center of the chest, up and around the breast and up under the arms.
- Brush up the groin to the belly button, upper leg to groin, up the lower leg to knee, then the soles of the feet to the lower leg. Don’t forget the back of the legs.
