The Simplest & Quickest Way to Improve Skin Tone & Texture, Eliminate Waste & Toxins, Improve Blood Circulation & More in Under 5 minutes

You may not think of your skin as an organ. That is as long as it looks beautiful and feels soft, right? I’m sure you’ve heard it before that your skin is the largest organ in your body and it performs many functions. In fact the skin:

  • Helps protect your body from extreme temperatures and chemicals
  • Produces antibacterial substances to protect you from infections
  • When exposed to the sun enables your body to produce Vit D
  • Contains millions of cell receptors that send messages to your brain
  • Supports optimal detoxification

To keep your skin healthy and functioning at its optimum, should be a priority. A dry brushing routine is the simplest and least expensive way to accomplish healthy skin.

Dry skin brushing is not a new technique or a trend, it has been around for a long time. For many centuries, the Japanese used vigorous brushing with loofah sponges, ancient Greek athletes used spoon-like scrapers to remove the grime of exertion and encourage circulation, Cherokee Indians used dried corn cobs to enhance beauty and durability, and the Comanche Indians scrubbed their skin using sand from the Texas river bottoms. The term garshana is the traditional Ayurvedic dry massage technique.

Growing up in Armenia I remember my grandmother scrubbing us dry, our skin would turn bright red. Nowadays I’m sure you’ve heard of Korean spas where they perform whole body scrubbing. I personally love it and often go for a nice scrub. You feel amazing, refreshed, light, and just happy afterwards.

Besides Keeping You Looking Beautiful Dry Brushing Has Many Other Benefits:
  • Stimulates your lymphatic system
  • Removes dead cells & cellulite
  • Strengthens the immune system
  • Tightens the skin preventing premature aging
  • Stimulates circulation

It’s important to use a wooden handle brush with natural bristles. For a great Dry Brush Click Here.

Here’s step-by-step to how it’s done:

  • Begin by pounding gently on the left side of the chest above the pectoral muscle for two-five minutes.
  • Brush down the neck toward the shoulders.
  • Brush up the arms starting at the elbow up toward the armpit.  Then from the wrist to the elbow.
  • Brush up the back toward the shoulders.
  • Brush up the chest, starting around the belly button, up the center of the chest, up and around the breast and up under the arms.
  • Brush up the groin to the belly button, upper leg to groin, up the lower leg to knee, then the soles of the feet to the lower leg.  Don’t forget the back of the legs.

You should follow your brushing with a warm bath or shower and a cool rinse at the end to invigorate blood circulation.

PS- Do not dry brush on open wounds or abrasions, varicose veins or if you have a history of blood clots.  Consult your doctor if you’ve had any lymph nodes removed.
