I can't say that I imagine how frustrated you feel having neck pain. I can, for certainty, say that I understand neck pain is just a small part of the bigger problem.

The bigger problem is living with it day in and day out, it takes over your whole life. Everything you do, you plan, you have to do around your neck pain. Don't you?

Our medical system is designed to deal with acute pain, deal with symptom. The approach to chronic pain is very different, it's a multifaceted approach. 

If it was a neck pain due to muscle tightness, jaw clenching or grinding, poor posture, etc. once it becomes chronic pain now you are dealing with a low grade inflammation, pain sensory communication issues on top of everything else. 

I can't say that I share your journey, what I can say with certainty, I have helped hundreds of people to ease and/or overcome their neck pain. I'm specifically talking about a neck pain due to jaw clenching which many people are unaware of. They are unaware that clenching is the cause of their neck pain.

Ani Papazyan BS, CN, LMT, LE

I am Ani, a licensed massage therapist, functional nutritionist, and a certified lifestyle educator. I enthusiastically educate my patients regarding pain relief, nutrition, healthy eating, lifestyle choices, and supplementation. My initial steps were in 1995, when I started my journey in massage field with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals. With the course of time my experience gave me a new milestone by becoming Janet Jackson’s massage therapist during “Velvet Rope” World Tour in 1998-1999. Since that time I have been working with professional and amateur athletes, dancers, and the general population by helping them recover from injuries, surgery, ailments, and the stressors of daily life.

Do I need to know anatomy? Can I do these techniques on my own?

You do not need to know anatomy, the techniques thought in these course are very simple to follow, do it yourself, and even teach someone else.

Do I need to purchase any tools to make this work?

The only tool you need is your hands. 

What if I've had neck surgery?

The techniques you learn in these course are very gentle.

What if I have a specific question about my neck pain?

How much time do I need to spend every day to make these work for me?

I highly encourage my clients and students not to overdue on techniques.

Don't try 5-10 techniques back-to-back. Start with 2-3 techniques a day, after a while you'll find the top few techniques that work best for you.

Depending on the technique, it may take you from 1 minute to 5 minutes a day.

When does the course start and finish?

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like.
